Ack Computer Slowness…

After moving to another computer, which happens to be my boyfriend’s desktop that was freshly imaged this weekend after getting a really nasty SpywareGuard2008 virus. I realize that WordPress is not slow, it is my laptop that is insanely slow all of a sudden.

SUCCESS!!

I have vanquished the beasite known as Antivirus 2009!!!  Hooray!
Here are my tips for killing the MalWare that has plagued my month:

Update Avast Antivirus and run a full hard drive scan. (3 threats found, one virus and two trojans)
Update MalWare-Bytes and run a full hard drive scan. (8 threats found, most of them trojans)
